The Rob Kneller Youth Foundation was established in December 2013 by Scott and Luke Kneller in loving memory of their late father. Rob Kneller was an iconic figure in the Jindabyne community, famous for his generosity and charismatic qualities.

Rob was a snowsports enthusiast at heart and it was his love for skiing that saw him move to Jindabyne and ultimately start a family there. The Rob Kneller Youth Foundation aims to continue Rob’s legacy and provide local Jindabyne students access to the vast array of opportunities the snowsports industry provides whilst promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

The Jindabyne ski sale was first established by the Berchtold family to raise funds for the local trampoline club and has served an important role in the community in providing an opportunity to recycle pre loved gear whilst making Snowsports that little bit more affordable particularly for young families. The Rob Kneller Youth Foundation has taken over this long standing community event to continue to raise funds for our local kids. All funds raised will subsidise the cost of school skiing for Jindabyne Central School and Snowy Mountains Grammar School students in years K-2 to encourage participation and exposure to the Snowsports industry.
